OpenCGA 1.4.0 implements a complete solution for working on Clinical Analysis, this includes:

  • Clinical Data: advanced and flexible database for storing clinical data
  • Security: authenticated and secured, you can set fine-grained permissions
  • Clinical Analysis: several clinical interpretation analysis implemented 
  • Pathogenic Variant Database: allows to query and aggregate any interpreted variant
  • RESTful Web Services: a complete REST API to manage and query clinical data, this allows an easy integration in pipelines. Several clients implemented
  • Visualisation: rich ad modern web data portal to explore and execute clinical analysis
