The HGVA Web Variant Browser can be accessed after any search in the Welcome page or just clicking on the "Variant Browser" button in the top menu.
By default, HGVA loads the variants from 1000 Genomes Project (Phase 3) on the assembly GRCh37. To query another project or study just click on "Projects" below the top menu.
